Witch of Advance was the sorcerer who chose traffic sign instead of conspicuous wooden staff to blend in modern society.

When people looked at her suspiciously, she doubted them as the witch hunters.
She summoned the Advance Children to capture them, patted with her staff and put them to sleep.
